Services

Fees for services are based on an individual’s financial resources. All clients initially meet with staff from our finance department to take part in a financial interview. Staff will be happy to address any questions clients have with regard to payment for services. A sliding fee scale incorporating family size and income is applied for residents of Medina County unless otherwise indicated in the service description. Services may be covered by private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, or Title XX. VISA, and MasterCard are accepted as a method of payment.
